These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and vx777. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy that are published separately on this platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with vx777, accessing any part of the vx777 platform, or placing a bet of any kind, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the vx777 platform.
These terms apply to all vx777 services including but not limited to: Live Casino, Teen Patti, Poker, Crash Games, Virtual Sports, Fishing Games, the VIP Club loyalty programme and any promotional offers. Specific promotions may carry additional terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
Important: Continued use of vx777 following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered members of material changes via email. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To open and operate a vx777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Registering while under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
- You must be registering and playing for yourself — not on behalf of another person, business entity or organisation.
- You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of vx777 or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
- You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programme that covers vx777 or equivalent platforms.
VX777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If a member cannot verify their identity or eligibility when requested, vx777 may restrict or close the account pending clarification.
We take age verification seriously and carry out checks on accounts where eligibility is not clear. If an account is found to be held by a person under 18, any deposited balance will be returned and the account permanently closed. No winnings or bonuses will be payable in such cases.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account with vx777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. VX777 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance (including deposits, winnings and bonuses) may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep that information updated. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, name, contact details or payment information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your vx777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact vx777 support immediately at support@vx777.biz. VX777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Account Closure by Member
You may close your vx777 account at any time by contacting support. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, we will action this immediately and apply a self-exclusion. If you are closing for other reasons, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method before closure is completed.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Currency
All transactions on the vx777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees and no hidden charges applied to deposits or withdrawals.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit at vx777 is Rs 100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. VIP members may have elevated deposit limits as part of their tier benefits.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes for standard verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to two business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. VX777 does not charge withdrawal fees — any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are outside our control.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Attempting to withdraw to an account held by another person will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an account review.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification
VX777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or where account activity has triggered a compliance review. Required documents may include a CNIC copy and proof of payment method ownership. We aim to complete verification checks within 24 hours of document submission.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Club
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members who register at vx777 and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is a 200% match on first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. This bonus is credited automatically to the member's account upon deposit confirmation.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds — including the Welcome Bonus and any subsequently awarded promotional bonuses — are subject to a 20× wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. This means if you receive a bonus of Rs 2,000, you must place bets totalling Rs 40,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game category:
- Crash Games, Fishing Games, Virtual Sports: 100% contribution
- Teen Patti, Poker, Live Casino: 50% contribution
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
Bonus funds may not be transferred between players, combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated, or withdrawn as cash prior to completing wagering requirements. VX777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — has occurred.
5.4 VIP Club
The VX777 VIP Club is a loyalty programme that operates across all game categories. Points are earned automatically on qualifying bets and accumulate toward tier progression. VIP Club tiers, point values and tier benefits are subject to change at vx777's discretion with reasonable notice to affected members. Full VIP Club terms are published on the VIP Club page.
Promotional offers including reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prize pools and seasonal promotions each carry their own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games offered on the vx777 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently audited to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, player history or account balance.
Live Casino games are conducted by professional dealers operating from licensed studios. The results of live table games are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are not computer-generated. VX777 provides a streaming feed of live games but does not influence the conduct of live dealers.
6.1 Dispute Resolution
If you believe a game result at vx777 was incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the event in question. Submit your dispute to support@vx777.biz with your username, the game name, the date and time of the round and a description of the issue. VX777 will review available game logs and respond within 5 business days. Game logs maintained by vx777 will be the primary evidence in any dispute review.
6.2 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, vx777 will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the failure. If this is not possible, any unsettled bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. VX777 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vx777 platform. Members found to be engaging in any prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately and any associated balance may be forfeited:
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity, CNIC or payment information
- Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — this applies particularly to Poker tables
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches — any winnings accumulated through a confirmed software error are not payable and will be reversed
- Deliberately structuring transactions to circumvent anti-money laundering controls
- Attempting to charge back deposits made via Visa or Mastercard after using those funds for betting purposes
- Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers
- Sharing login credentials with any other person for the purpose of allowing them to access or operate your account
VX777 maintains sophisticated monitoring systems for fraud, collusion and bonus abuse. Suspected prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We cooperate with relevant authorities in cases of financial fraud and identity-related offences.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
VX777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at any time and for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime
- A member's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme
- Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure
- Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months
Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, player-initiated closure or a technical reason on vx777's side), the remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
VX777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this platform. By registering at vx777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, payment information and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the vx777 service. VX777 does not sell personal data to third parties.
Members have the right to request access to the data vx777 holds about them, and to request correction of inaccurate data, by contacting support@vx777.biz. Identity verification will be required before any data access request is fulfilled.
10. Responsible Gaming

- Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logout after a set session duration
- Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
- Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the vx777 platform for a minimum period of 6 months
- Reality checks — periodic reminders during play showing time elapsed and net win/loss position
If you believe your gaming has become a problem, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact our support team immediately. We will action self-exclusion requests around the clock, seven days a week, with no waiting period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vx777 and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary gaming activity on the platform
- Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures or software issues on the player's side
- Interruption or unavailability of the vx777 service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Actions taken by third-party payment providers that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines
- Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the vx777 platform
VX777's maximum liability to any individual member for any single claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposited balance in the member's account at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.
12. Amendments to These Terms
VX777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered members via email at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be made without advance notice.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the date of the most recent update displayed at the top. Continued use of the vx777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the vx777 platform and request account closure before the effective date.
